Because we provide extended, personalized care and reserve dedicated time for each patient, we have a strict 48 hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, or missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the visit fee.
This policy allows us to honor the time and care of both our patients and providers. Thank you for understanding.
